Terms of Purchase, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Singapore
These policies apply to the Crystal Clear Coaching Solutions website, coaching programmes, workshops, events, digital resources and related services.
3.1 Application
These Terms apply when you purchase a paid product, programme, coaching service, workshop, event, digital resource or other offering from Crystal Clear Coaching Solutions.
Any programme-specific agreement or terms presented at the point of purchase form part of your agreement with us.
If programme-specific terms conflict with these general purchase terms, the programme-specific terms will apply to the extent of that inconsistency, subject always to applicable law.
3.2 Programme Information
We aim to clearly state the principal features of each paid offering before purchase, including where relevant:
- programme duration;
- number or frequency of sessions;
- method of delivery;
- included resources;
- support arrangements;
- price;
- payment schedule; and
- any programme-specific cancellation or refund conditions.
You should review these details carefully before purchasing.
3.3 Payment
Payment must be made using an approved payment method.
Where a programme permits instalment payments, agreeing to an instalment plan represents a commitment to pay the agreed instalments in accordance with the applicable payment schedule, subject to applicable law and any programme-specific terms.
Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension of access to the programme or services until outstanding amounts are resolved.
3.4 Coaching Programmes
Our coaching services may include programmes such as:
FORGE
REINVENT
ASCEND
LEGACY
The precise services, duration, price, inclusions and payment arrangements for each programme will be those stated in the applicable offer, checkout page, proposal or coaching agreement at the time of purchase.
We may modify or replace programme structures for future clients without altering existing contractual commitments.
3.5 Cancellation by the Client
If you wish to cancel a programme or service, please notify us in writing as soon as reasonably possible.
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on:
- the specific programme purchased;
- whether services have commenced;
- services or materials already delivered;
- any programme-specific terms accepted at purchase; and
- rights available under applicable Singapore law.
We deliberately do not adopt a universal “all sales are final” policy.
Where appropriate, each substantial coaching programme may have its own cancellation terms set out in its coaching agreement before enrolment.
3.6 Rescheduling Coaching Sessions
Where one-to-one sessions are included, reasonable advance notice should be provided if a session needs to be rescheduled.
Programme-specific agreements may prescribe a notice period.
Repeated cancellations, missed appointments or late rescheduling may result in a session being treated as used where this has been clearly disclosed and agreed in advance.
Where Timothy Tan must reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a suitable replacement session.
3.7 Digital Products
Because digital products may be accessible immediately after purchase, different cancellation arrangements may apply once access or downloading has begun.
Any such restrictions will be clearly disclosed at or before purchase and remain subject to applicable law.
3.8 Workshops and Events
Cancellation arrangements for workshops, speaking events and group programmes may differ from coaching arrangements.
The applicable cancellation or transfer terms will be stated on the event registration or purchase page where relevant.
If we cancel a paid event and do not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled event, participants will ordinarily be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled event.
3.9 Programme Changes
We may make reasonable changes to programme schedules, delivery platforms, supporting materials or session arrangements where necessary.
We will not intentionally make changes that materially deprive a purchaser of the core service purchased without offering an appropriate alternative or remedy.
3.10 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment has been made incorrectly, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Nothing in this provision removes any rights you may have through your payment provider or under applicable law.
3.11 No Guarantee of Results
Payment purchases access to the specified service, programme or resource.
It does not purchase or guarantee a particular personal, professional, financial or business result.
Coaching outcomes depend substantially upon the client's circumstances, decisions, participation and implementation.
3.12 Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable Singapore law.
